I had an appt. yesterday with a new pdoc and I had so many mixed feelings before the appt. It can be scary even though I heard some good things about him. I think it takes several appointments too build a report with one another. The best thing you can do for yourself is just be honest during your appointment. The first one is always so different then the others since not only is he/she new too you but you are new too them. But I think it is normal to feel the way you do. Hope it goes well!
