I agree with that.... in this environment. I personally have felt very frustrated at times by the lack of conflict resolution on this board. And stating opinions honestly CAN be a start to that (sometimes)

I started this thread because of my issues/feelings, and not to take sides!

I totally respect that you are probably "done" with this thread. I however, have had more to say
