If she is a student and not providing you with what you need and will not refer you to someone else tell her you want to speak to her supervisor. Then take it up with her supervisor. She may be a student but her behavior is inappropriate. If you do not feel comfortable talking to her about this, call the clinic directly and tell them you want to talk to her clinical supervisor.
