Does anyone know what DES is? Well, I took it, a few times, and my scores are somewhere between 30-35. 30 is the cutoff for being evaluated for DID, which I don't think I have but it is worth a shot. I scored a 53 on a depersionalization test, which the score falls under server depersionalization. Should I tell my counselor about this or not? I already tried to tell her the feelings of unrealness. It didn't go out so well.
