Im on a high dose of topomax and low dose of prozac. They both cause loss of appetite. Fortunately, my appetite was huge before so now it' s just more normal, and with my meds the longer i'm on them the more my appetite comes back. It's normal for you to lose appetite but why are you hiding it? You can just tell your family that you aren' t hungry because of meds. Or is this also something else going on? Do you have an ED as well?
