I am a terrible procrastinator so I understand it is hard to take that first step towards doing anything! (don't look into my laundry basket) but if you choose a place of interest to volunteer, or maybe take a fun class, maybe you will make a new friend there, one with whom you will have something in common with. As for your other friends who did not include you, maybe you all are not meant to be friends anyways. and that's ok. Some times it takes a while to find true friendship. Next...!
