I would say your situation isn't good. Sounds like a strong arm to get you out by the landlord. So because you are disabled, I would contact adult services or whatever ASAP and explain that you need a new home right away. Let them know your situation. Maybe it isn't the best to go through the bureaucracy, but it would be better to have something in the works just in case.

Like I said, in some places they can't just throw you out suddenly if you were paying any type of rent. I know this is true in Arizona at least. Lease or not, I think there are ways to protect renters from being suddenly homeless on the whim of a crazy landlord.
