Thanks for the note. Yes, it's true about the embarassment factor, but of course it isn't a problem for the doctors and nurses, just me in my own mind.

I've checked around, and it sounds like this is the only way to do the surgery, so that's about the size of it. Hopefully it will turn out better than it sounds! I have my fingers and toes crossed.
