I agree with Mandiepoo in that it looks parasitic or like a disease, which automatically causes me to hesitate. Pain and discomfort comes immediately to mind and makes me uncomfortable for her, but then I see her smiling which throws me off. Odd, somewhat creepy sensation looking at this photo.
