I think you feel an aversion to this picture because it was designed to create this aversion. Nothing abnormal about the way you feel.

Variations of this picture have been hitting my spam email address for some time now. The "worms" are actually just seeds but they have been photoshopped onto every single part of the human body one can imagine.

It's designed to shock and horrify, but is completely fake.
