Wow, that's a colossal mix-up in meds.

No idea how long it will take for the drugs to kick back in. Some meds are less effective once you've stopped them for awhile. How long did it take for it to start working in the first place? That might give you some idea.

If you're not seeing an improvement soon, though, I'd recommend calling your doctors.
