I think most people would find the photo disgusting because it triggers our basic fear -getting deathly ill and a parasite invading our body. I don't know why someone would even want to photo shop a pic like this. Thanks to elliemay for debunking that one photo and thanks to Indie for spotting there is a phobia called trypophobia. There are some parasites that will bore under the skin and lays eggs. There's also a worm that needs to be ingested (dirty water)...grows very long ..... borrows under the surface of the skin and eventually comes out - they're completely gross. There's a certain fly in some foreign country that lays an egg under the skin too - can't remember the name. I think google should remove these kind of photos. If someone did have openings like this they would be on their death bed.
