My interpretation is "for all the wrong reasons: sex and/or money." Some women are stunningly beautiful, but their personality is terrible. Maybe she's very sexy, but she's also very abusive. Or maybe he just likes sex with her. Or maybe she is very wealthy and can pay for everything, but they are not compatible.

You know, you need to love someone for their whole self. Good, bad, indifferent. Of course some people are a danger, sadly. But you can't just be into someone for superficial things. That's what I think it means.

But, again, only your friend knows what that means.
