I am glad you are on track for your independence......& glad he is finishing off the things he committed to doing months ago.....that is good that he didn't just leave you stuck with those things undone. That will help you with not having to have someone else come in & do it.

You are right about wondering if it will work out here.....I keep getting so frustrated & feeling like & am a mother rather than a partner (never did feel like a wife.....but maybe didn't want to be one rather be a partner).

Relationships are so difficult to deal with.....at times I just want to be completely free without anyone else around.....but then again, it is ok to have someone to do things with.....let alone going through the house to pack up for moving.....I am so totally overwhellemed I can't think straight. I end up having nightmares, waking up in a huge panic attack from being down at my mother's almost everyday trying to finish off that house let alone the huge mess in our own home to pack.

It is great that you got moved into your new home before splitting up....at least you had help getting into your home & you now have a comfortable place to call your own.
