Amy, I am sorry you are feeling like this. One thing I can tell you is no one is worth cutting over. Getting over a relationship is not only difficult but it takes time. If you cut it will only leave you a scar of what seemed like a painful relationship. He controlled you when you were together by using a physical abuse dont let him continue to hurt you. Now is when you need too take the time too know you are worth moving on and taking time for you will leave a much better impact on your life. He controlled you before, don't let him continue too.
