I can so relate to this. I am so sorry. I wish I had that magic wond to help us all. For now, please try breathing excersizes. Focus on one thing. Try naming 5 things you can see, hear and feel and keep repeating that. Calming, nature CD's are a great, great way to help ease some of the anxiety. Good vibes being sent your way.
