yup devise a plan - maybe initiate the conversations so you can direct them away from your disorder.

talk to your mum - i know you siad she doesnt listen but hey its worth a try - and you have nothing to lose ok

Holidays can be very stressful - which is a shame cos they should be fun - you say youre at school can you talk to the school counciller if there is one? and if you think they are any good.

If not there are help lines in most countries you can ring - your dr? a Therapist if you are seeing one or clinic? they can all give you hints
