You might want to suggest this as a lot of my self awareness has during these exercises.
Range of stress management, relaxation and wakefull awareness.
It has been like gentle yoga for my troubled mind.
Our sessions were around 15 to 30 minutes. Really great on the days that the stress was extreme, before driving home distracted.
