Definitely keep track - do you keep a daily journal? I use a little weekly planner, and just jot down a few very short notes about how I'm feeling each day, as well as whether there's any med changes. That's in addition to a mood chart, since the chart is super-basic and there's no spot to note that I got all tearful for no reason, or I was feeling high as a kite and totally distracted.
