I am out of the hospital and trying to recouperate. I hurt a lot and did not realize how much we use our stomach muscles until it is so hard to use them. Thank you for the thoughts and care. Nota----yes hon, I do have care IRL from people and from my medical team and my support team. I am going to be okay it will just take time to heal. Thank you for your understanding.
