I guess it doesn't really matter which it was, I was just curious why you were certain it wasn't one, but now I see what you mean.
Definitely it was your dream so your gut feeling is probably right. If you'd never had an OBE before though, you might not notice leaving your body.
The line between OBEs and lucid dreaming seems so vague, because presumably a person could have a dream about leaving his or her body, and if that dream was lucid, then what?
It's all very confusing but I think your experience is way cool. I'm sorry it freaked you out. Maybe it will get less scary if it happens more often.
