Super glue works great for me. I first hold a very cold wash cloth over it then I take a piece of scotch tape and put it on one side of the cut (one end free so I can pull it tight to the other side) then I put a drop of super glue on the using the tape I pull the sides together. There will still be a bit of blood. dont worry about ti pit a bandage over it and wait 5 minute. then take the bandage off and the tape dab cut with cold wash cloth and repeat and there should be no more blood. If it doesnt stop bleeding by the third glueing its time for the ER. because you have cut down into the fat layer which has arteries.
