Got a little bit of rest today and my back feels a little better.
Had quite a bit of an adventure this morning. My roommate and I were sitting upstairs talking. He said he saw a reflection off the window and assumed a car had just come up the driveway. When no one came to the door he peeked out the window.
His reaction was, "Phil, where's my truck?!?" I thought it had been parked beside mine so we looked out the windows for it.
Here the clutch has slipped allowing it to roll backwards down our curved driveway. By some miracle it had started up the bank, rode the curve of the bank the whole way around and came to rest right before the sharp sloping turn. On 2 wheels

. It looked as if it was maybe a few degrees away from rolling over, but it was just sitting there.
Him, myself, his dad and his uncle all put our heads together and with two of us pushing up on the left dowhill side, one pushing down on the up hill side and a chain around the frame near the right wheel that was up in the air, we used a pick-up to pull it off the bank. Went much better than expected.
So i finally got to bed around 1 and was up again at 4:30 to come into work. Another typical day-in-the-life.
Hope everyone is well and ready for another fun-filled night.
