It just occurred to me to mention that the US FDA just approved neural Botox injections for chronic migraines. It might be worth looking into. I have a friend who gets crippling migraines (her rx's make my crazy meds look like child's play!) and she has tried this out. It has helped already, which is a pretty big deal for her.
