If you've had a couple of therapists note ADD as a possible issue, it's time to go see a pdoc or learning specialist for a proper diagnosis. Other psych meds
do cause memory/concentration problems (as do other psych conditions) so you may well need the ADD meds. Antipsychotics aren't used for ADD (as far as I know, could be wrong) so unless you're on them for another reason, I'd definitely go see a pdoc and try to get this figured out.
