My T and I started out talking about some stuff from previous sessions. Then I told her about having let depression define everything and that I feel lost as to how to figure out who I am without that definition there. We started out with my strengths. She rattled 10 right off the top and I barely eeked one out. My homework is to find and take free personality and interest tests(not career related) and see what happens. I will print the results and take them in when I see her in 2 weeks and we will discuss them. I am anxious to see what the results are. Well that is about all for now...
