DenisDonnacha, I am so sorry! My "the doctor is in, 5-cents please" diagnosis is, of course, that you're depressed. Wow, probably wrong, but what can I say--it's amateur hour.

I think I remember your saying there was no help thru your school. That is so bad. Anything in the community? College is one of the worst places for depression. Is there a local hospital? You are at a point now that you need professional help.

If there is no hospital or you won't go there, you must contact your family. You said you're at a point where you're in touch only if you need something. You need them.

I'm not over-reacting here. When a person gets to the point that all he wants to do is stay in bed, that person needs help.

Please, please get it. It's not real bad now, it could get that way fast.
