Again, welcome to PC ((ster)) Unfortunately, that isn't a good way to view your path in therapy... why ask questions for which there are no answers? You can gain quick relief of some things, imo. It will take bigger issues longer...as sometimes they, and your reaction to them, have permeated your lifestyle, attitudes, reactions etc. If you are limited by insurance caps, then it can become quite frustrating, imo.
Take one thing at a time, as you begin to pull the threads ... the ball will unravel.. sometimes pulling a few threads with it. TC... PC is here for you.
