Yes, I also isolate myself. So much so that sometimes when I see someone I jump, because I think I'm the only person on earth. I think the longest I've been is about 2 weeks without speaking to anyone. That was pretty bad. My lips nearly permanently sealed from not talking hehe. Just wanted you to know you're not alone.
