Jan, I don't care if you press charges or not except that if you did press charges you would be eligible for victim's compensation and you could get funds and priority to get you moved as soon as possible. They could also push the service dog thing faster. Please call your proscecuter and press charges and get the help you are entitled to. You need to move for your own safety, and most states have a way of having your mail re-routed so it never goes to a direct address. Please speak with the victim's advocate in your area.
