She probably doesn't know the reason you don't see her weekly is due to how the receptionist schedules. Please tell her! I bet she can fix this for you. I agree it is not good to continue to feel frustrated because of this scheduling problem, as the frustration can affect the rest of your therapy. Tell her!

I think I sometimes use the word "client" about myself when I am with T as a way of distancing myself from him. I am sure he knows what I am doing and notes to himself that I felt a need for more distance, LOL. We are clients so we can call ourselves that.
