ariatboot! Good thoughts from Resident Bipolar and tnlibrarian, so...echo on those. Keeping busy really does help, and you've been doing a very good job on that! Try not to let a lull sidetrack you from recognizing your accomplishments and jumping back in. To encourage getting back on the train that is moving in the positive direction...One trick I use is to think of a thing or two to do and immediately start in doing it, before I have time to think. At all. (The one time my having the attention span of a flea actually helps! ) It helps get me out of my head (where if I linger, it will go) and before I know it, something is accomplished, and that's always a good feeling.

This is my goal today too, so let's do it together, ok? Cheering you on!
