I am in the minority here, but I love that my hospital has banned smoking on campus. Patients no longer complain that their provider stinks like smoke... If I was a landlord I wouldnt want the walls, ceilings, flooring stained and stinking of smoke. I wouldn't go so far as to ask a potential employee if they smoke. I don't really care about their vices as long as their work ability is not affected.
