I had to travel for a few days and every time I leave the security of home... my bubble.... I experience anxiety and feel extremely uncomfortable. There was no computer so I couldn't even get some comfort with the group. Noone around me understands how uncomfortable I feel and why...I want to appear so normal and if I am honest I feel like a freak. It feels good to be at home again but at the same time I feel like crying and misunderstood.
So far I have appreciated the support and encouraging messages here..... poeple who actually understand.
