well, i cant say that my first poast is going to be a good start...
but,
today i had a few shoartbread cookies and an energy drink for breakfast, i walked around the center and now im in trade. my goals for today are
-eat a balanced lunch & dinner
-successfully complete my clothing run
-remain at a tolerable stress level
-and get plenty of sleep tonight
i know it might sound strange.. but such is life at this time and in this place
