If he's old enough to go to jail then he's old enough to live alone. He can go on social assistance and live independently. If you have no choice, then ask for a lock on your door and don't be alone with him. Call 911 if he seems threatening. I suggest you tell your school principal that your offender is being allowed to move back home - this shouldn't be allowed and this makes me mad.
