I think its possible to strike a balance in this.

If you want (and it makes you feel better) just make sure that you take good care of yourself! I am fighting the effects of aging every step of the way. I started diligently when I was 30, and I am profoundly thankful that I put forth the effort now that I am 50.

Aging does not have to be traumatic. You're 25. Do the best you can to care for your mind and body.
