I am on Seroquel XR too, and I can relate. Although I'm used to my current dosage, when I first began I felt very lethargic & tired. This also happened when I was at my highest dosage (600mg).

I hope that, if you need to stay on this med for a while, that you will get used to it ASAP. It took a while for me, but it happened. Please don't give up hope!
