I have had great success with losing weight just by following my family physicans diet plan for me which is the Diabetic 2 diet plan. I eat 9 times a day, bike a half hour to an hour a day and 8 large glasses of water (equivelent to 64 oz of water a day). no booster bars, slim fast and so on.
