thank you lydia...and kasva for responding...i think that you all hit it dead on the nail...that part of me does accpept that i have DID...but at times another part denies that i even have it...i do usually journal...i try to write down a few sentences here and there...and i most always listen to what is said...unless it's inappropriate...which with my teen alters it usually is and they are extremely angry...i get really uncomfortable when they try to come out and argue with one another...well thank you again for writing and giving suggestions...i really do appreciate it!!!tata!!!much love being sent your way!!!
