I waited a looooong time to try meds. Then it took a few months to find the right one, then it took a few months to finally kick in. But it has really helped with the darkest thoughts.

Idk how i would get meds, or if i should even take them, but I'm looking for a therapist. I will also look into 12 step groups, b/c I have never heared of that before.
