Hope your feeling better today googley, and not so alone. Maybe you can talk to your T about having an easier session mixed in there, and work on what you do in the aftermath of the hard, horrible sessions. I had a couple of sessions in a row where we worked on horrible stuff and I told my T things I have never told ANYONE EVER. EVER. This week, we kind of took it easy and talked about my weekend and how hard it was and how to cope better and worked on my negative self talk. It was really helpful. Maybe you could talk to your T about doing something similar?
