Sorry for being slow to get back to you. My sister has been here visiting. She lives in Missouri (I'm in Utah) and it's been like 6 years since she has been here. So I've been busy entertaining her and her family. They left this afternoon.

Now I'm looking for a hole to jump into. I'm worrying about something that is going to happen tomorrow (not related to my sister visiting), and have been slipping downhill since last night. Wierd dreams last night, no energy today, just dragging myself around trying to keep going. I went grocery shopping tonight and had to fight the impulse to just plop down on the floor and cry right there in the store for no reason. I managed, but it was harder to do than it should have been. The strange thing is I'm not sure I feel that bad yet - it's all anticipatory. It doesn't help that it has been overcast and foggy here. The sun came out some today.
