I had an idea.
I know sometimes, after a T session, we all become so broken up about it... And become worried, and try to deal.
Every time that happens... Look at this thread. This is why we do what we do. This is why we're looking for ourselves.
My list is in no way exhausted, so add yours. Look back here when you need encouragement.

- I don't want to be a statistic.
- I remember the lighter parts of life, and I want them back.
- I know my struggles impact not only me, but the people around me.
- I refuse to be owned or consumed by something like this. (mental illness)
- I have people to live for.
- I have a tomorrow that is as uncertain as the weather. Things might get better. I'll hold on for that.
- I know I can be better.
- I want to stand as a light in the darkness to others, not just hope to be lit.
- I want to learn to stand for myself.
- I know I am worth the fight. I'm worth the risk.
