I am stressed out because I have no one that I can talk to about things on my mind. It is hard to deal with things when you don't have someone to confide in. I keep so many of my emotions inside and I know that is not a good thing. I find it difficult to trust people in my life. I can't tell them anything without them telling someone else about our private conversation. So I keep things to myself and try to deal with things alone.
