No, I'm not, Hankster. I know I need to make time for exercise. The stress of school and work is really getting to me. Right now, I do a lot of deep breathing and meditation, but it's not enough. I've made a promise to myself that once I finish school, I'm going to do all the outdoorsy things I used to love to do, like biking to the ends of the earth and hiking deep in the woods. I can't stand going to the gym at 5 in the morning (and in fact the gym feels weird to me at any time of day), but I may have to work it in to my schedule, and tell myself that it's a stopgap until I can return to the things I really enjoy. Excellent suggestion, thank you!
