I have followed your journey closely, even if I have not participated ... you are an inspiration to me. Much of what you spoke about was forefront in my mind when I tackled my own demons a few weeks back.

I congratulate and commend you. You have achieved something monumental. I also know that what you have achieved was by no means easy or comfortable, or even "wanted" in the beginning.

As you say, one day at a time ... but your strength shines through!
