Can you try going for a walk? Or something, even folding clothes, putting away dishes?

T says to take several, slow, deep breaths with you diaphragm. Think only of the slow, deep breath - the way it feels as it goes through your now, how your belly expands when you breath in, the feel as it passes out of your mouth . . . .

I know panic attacks are icky and scary . . . these are some of the things that help me . . . . even if it's just a little and even if it only gives you something to do while the panic attack washes over you . . . .
