I've done some crazy things with food myself, like starving myself or going super high-fat low carbs for some time. It didn't work though.

I don't want to sound like I'm selling something, but these programs are useful if you want to get to a good weight. "Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle" "Lose Fat Not Faith" or "The Primal Blueprint". I've used two myself, and the other was well spoken off.

I'm just afraid really that things get worse for you when you starve yourself. You'll start to feel terrible if you don't eat anything anymore. It will make your depression worse, I'm quite sure of that.

Do you have the energy to do some fitness/exercise? That can definitely help you get to a weight you like more.
