I know what you mean with slipping.
Maybe it's hard, but you should try to stick to your regular pattern/schedule each day. If you start to sleep more, your sleeping pattern might shift and that'll make you feel bad at work when you are exhausted.
Doing some low intensity exercise, or just taking a walk in a park can help a bit.
But I think the best thing you can do is talk to people. You don't necessarily have to talk about your problems, but if you can find people you trust that's fine. But just being around people and having a friendly chat keep lift your spirits. That's what works best for me when I feel depressed.
